If you could give some design advice to your younger self, what would it be?

Get comfortable sharing WIP designs sooner. That doesn’t make you a bad designer and the outcome will be better.

Remember that a design is never finished.

Design needs to meet business needs, and those evolve and change with time. Same with trends and the people that business is trying to serve. They’re certainly milestones but I don’t think we should design a piece and forget about it. Is an iterative process.
